It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of Ruthann M. Peacock, 79, of Birdsboro, PA, Robeson Township. Ruth passed away with her family by her side on April 2, 2025, at the Reading Hospital.

Born in Philadelphia, and raised in Bensalem, Ruth was the daughter of the late Henry and Ruth Devlin. The youngest of four, Ruth was predeceased by her sister, Lois McKay, and brothers Robert Devlin Sr. and Henry Devlin III.

Ruth was a graduate of Bensalem High School. She was a secretary by trade and a longtime Executive Assistant. She was dedicated to anything she was a part of. She was a lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, and always had a true patriotic spirit for her country. There was nothing she was dedicated to or loved more than that of being with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She was an incredibly kind and beautiful soul, with a beautiful smile, and loved and respected by so many.

Surviving Ruthann is her beloved husband of 55 years, William F. Peacock Jr. They would have celebrated 56 years in May. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Nikol L. Peacock Brown, wife of Matthew; son, William F. Peacock III; and her two grandchildren. Ruth also had many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, sisters-in-law, and many friends. She will be deeply missed.

A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
