Caitlin Ann Nazaryk

Caitlin Ann Nazaryk, 32, of Birdsboro, PA, lost her battle with addiction on Monday, March 10, 2025. Born in Jacksonville, FL, she was the daughter of Beth A. (Hummel) Nazaryk and Jason S. Nazaryk.

Caitlin spent most of her time as a caregiver taking care of her grandparents. Caitlin graduated from Exeter Twp. HS Class of 2011. She played field hockey year-round for the school team, as well as club teams. Caitlin was All-Division 2 years for field hockey and All County Academic Team. She enjoyed being outdoors, hiking, working out and had a soft heart for animals

Caitlin is survived by her parents; her brother: Conner Nazaryk; maternal grandparents: Brian and Ruth Ann (Gerhart) Hummel; and many aunts and uncles.

She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents: Steve and Susan (Bailey) Nazaryk.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
