Betty Jo (Klick) Kennedy

Betty Jo (Klick) Kennedy, 69, of Seaford, DE passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at in the comfort of her home. Born in Pottstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late George E. Klick, Sr. and the late Betty E. (Davis) Klick. She was the loving wife of Russell C. Kennedy, Jr. for 52 years.

Betty Jo worked as an Office Manager for TechGas in Delaware. She loved attending Classic Car Shows with her husband. In her free time she enjoyed crocheting, trips to the beach and boating.

Betty Jo is survived, along with her husband Russell, by her daughter: Connie Upton, wife of Wayne; brother: George Klick, Jr.; and 2 grandchildren: Leonna Lofland and Tyler Upton.

She was predeceased by her son: Russell C. Kennedy, III and her sister: Eva Klick

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 12:00 Noon at the Dengler-Sowers Funeral Home & Crematory, LLC. 144 N. Spruce St. Birdsboro, PA 19508. A viewing will be from 11:00AM-12:00 Noon prior to the service. Burial will be in Berks Co. Memorial Gardens.
